Since it’s launch two years ago, Auto Baltic Motor Factors implemented accounting software that would enable finance director Andrew Lavrenov to automate the management of financial records. Having worked in accounts for a number of years, Andrew’s first choice was QuickBooks. “We were looking for an accounting software which would enable us to eventually marry the software with our cash register”, Andrew said.

Twelve months since the deployment, AccuPOS has proven to be the best choice. “Sales, costs and inventory levels are available at our finger tips”, said Andrew. “Importantly, the fact that inventory items are edited and adjusted as sales are put through, we are able to easily get a snapshot of our inventory levels at any time.”

AccuPOS monitors everything that leaves our retail store”, added Andrew. “We are extremely happy with AccuPOS. To be honest I need to focus on helping us grow our business rather than making sure invoices are created or simple data entries are done accurately. AccuPOS takes care of that for me”, Andrew concluded.
