QuickBooks Pro and QuickBooks Premier versions 2008 and 2010.
How does the system work?
Your stock items are set up in QuickBooks first. The AccuPOS Electronic Point of Sale software will then find the stock list (and customer information, if tracking) and copy the data to a local database. Then you set up customized EPoS screen buttons to match the items- any color or size you would like, and you can organize them in groups, sections or pages to best fit your needs. Purchases at the counter EPoS are processed 'cash register' style at the front end: an unmatched combination of simplicity and accounting power, all designed to maximize sales and increase your bottom line.
When will my sales info post to accounting?
At the end of every shift (when a 'Zed' report is generated), AccuPOS Electronic Point of Sale will not only provide a reset report, but will also automatically update the Quick Books accounting program with all the detailed sales information. Whether the accounting program is local or at a remote location, the update process is seamless!
Can I process other sales transactions using my QuickBooks accounting program?
Absolutely! AccuPOS Electronic Point of Sale was designed to allow users to process transactions such as Web Orders, Mail Orders and Special Orders and Purchases using either Quick Books directly or another third party software. The sales information from the Point-Of-Sale will append to any other transactions processed for a complete accounting overview, allowing you unparalleled insight into your sales and business transactions.
