Our bundle packages include initial setup and training to get your business up and running with your AccuPOS EPoS System. During this stage we will setup all the hardware, and the software drivers so that all you need to do is start using the AccuPOS solution. Furthermore, the AccuPOS team will contact you to schedule a training day for as many staff as you require. Here we can discuss questions and answers that apply directly to your business and your AccuPOS Solution.

Our annual support agreement provides unlimited access to Senior Technicians during normal business hours (Monday through Friday 9 AM to 5 PM GMT Time). Additionally you are eligible to receive updates as they become available. After hours Support is available for emergencies only, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for an additional fee.
