Problems before using AccuPOS
We were working out of a little cash box, hand-writing receipts one at a time, adding them up, then we would put them into an Excel spreadsheet so we could get our proper documentation for sales tax and everything. We would find our addition errors, and we’d kind of giggle about them.
QuickBooks Accounting Integration
My husband and I opened the store in January and started putting in inventory, and it has been a seamless integration. The systems talk to each other really well, and if it doesn’t there’a a very simple way to fix the problem. With the management tools we can change colors on any of the different keys and have it integrate with the inventory, it seems to be easy enough, I don’t know how much more to say about it.
It’s really simple, it’s very efficient, it’s working really great here, we’re really loving it. When we go to close we go to the management program and immediately close the till, it brings it all over and the next morning I balance everything out. Everything seems to be very seamless.
We’ve been running live now for two months, and I have no complaints. None. As far as the support, I’ve used both types of support the telephone, and I’ve used the online chat room and it’s been incredible. Any time I’ve had an issue, the last time I had one I was able to go online to the chat room on the management page.
They have a little box that shows that there is a live support person available online and you can go right in and chat with them. They check everything out, they give you instructions on how to repair it, and it’s simple. Very simple.
Would You Recommend AccuPOS Point of Sale?
With a name like Attitude POSitive how can you miss! I would highly recommend AccuPOS. It’s a great program, everything about it has been really easy to work with, and very definitely we’ll recommend it to all of those who are starting a business, or are looking to change what they’re doing.
